Crew Terms & Conditions

Introduction

These Crew Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between Excellence Yacht Agency ("the Agency") and crew members ("Candidates") who register, submit information or otherwise engage with the Agency's crew-placement services.

By registering with the Agency or submitting your details, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these terms.

Candidate Responsibilities

Candidates must provide accurate, complete and current information, including certifications, qualifications, references and employment history. Any information found to be false or misleading may result in removal from the Agency's database.

• Keep your profile, availability and documentation up to date.
• Inform the Agency promptly of any change in circumstances.
• Conduct yourself professionally throughout interviews and placements.

Use of Personal Information

The Agency will process your personal data in line with our Privacy Notice, solely for the purpose of matching Candidates to suitable positions and communicating with prospective employers where relevant.

Placements & Fees

No fees are charged to Candidates for registration or placement. The Agency introduces Candidates to prospective employers; the terms of any engagement are agreed directly between the Candidate and the employer.

Complaints

If a Candidate has a concern about the service provided, they should contact the Agency in writing. Complaints are handled in accordance with our Complaints Procedure.

Changes to These Terms

The Agency may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this website.
